

Oversee the research team to help ensure ethical conduct in all aspects of the research process including, but not limited to, the treatment of human subjects, conflicts of interest, data acquisition, management, sharing and ownership, publication practices, responsible authorship, and collaborative research and reporting.Ensure that all key personnel involved in sponsored program administration have met training requirements in accordance with federal regulations and WJC’s and sponsoring agency policies and procedures.Supervise research assistants, junior staff, and graduate students engaged in CWD’s research and program evaluation efforts.Oversee the development and implementation of all research and program evaluation initiatives on behavioral health workforce development.Serve as Principal Investigator for grant-funded research projects for the Center for Workforce Development.Please note, this is a hybrid position: remote and in office. The Associate Director of Research will also supervise research assistants oversee the direction, management, and compliance of CWD’s research projects and coordinate with internal departments to assure that all research-related activities are conducted in accordance with federal regulations and WJC’s and sponsoring agency policies and procedures. They will be responsible for the design, conduct, and reporting of CWD’s research projects as well as monitoring and ensuring the integrity of research-based collaborations with partner agencies and funders. Position Summary: Under the leadership of the Associate Vice President for Workforce Initiatives, the Associate Director of Research will manage all workforce development research and program evaluation initiatives for the CWD.
